Day 2
Russ Hudson
When Insight Alone Isn't Enough: How to Create Meaningful Change
You will learn...
* Why the Enneagram doesn't tell you who you are — it tells you what you most need to see, and why those are very different things.
* Why insight alone cannot fix personality — and what has to happen first before behavioral change can actually stick.
* What to do the moment your type has you in its grip — starting with one simple kinesthetic move that interrupts the pattern before it takes over.

Russ Hudson is a renowned Enneagram teacher, scholar, and co-author of several bestselling books with Don Riso, including The Wisdom of the Enneagram.
He is a co-founder of The Enneagram Institute, the founding Director of the International Enneagram Association, and the co-developer of the scientific Riso-Hudson Enneagram Type Indicator (RHETI) personality test.

Toni LaMotta
From Doubt to Inner Trust: How Enneagram 6s Can Find Their Inner Authority
You will learn...
* Why Type Sixes keep looking outside themselves for trust — and how a former nun who spent 16 years inside a convent discovered that the certainty she was chasing was never the same thing as the ground trust she actually needed.
* The crucial difference between saying "I am in danger" versus "I feel afraid" — and how a simple 3-second body check-in creates enough space between the fear and the reaction to finally choose something different.
* Why you have been practicing trust your whole life without knowing it — and how to recognize the courage that is already living in you, even on the days when it feels completely out of reach.

Dr. Toni LaMotta is a provocative speaker, best-selling author, and spiritual teacher with an uncanny ability to help you see yourself as you truly are. Known as the Inner Compass Coach, she leads as an Enneagram 7 and specializes in coaching Enneagram 6's.

Dr. Judy Ho
The Enneagram, Attachment Dynamics and Self-Sabotage Loops
You will learn...
* Why your Enneagram type's attachment wounds don't have to be a life sentence — how the same relational patterns that formed in childhood can be rewired at any age through corrective emotional experiences.
* Why your type keeps sabotaging the very things it wants most — and how rewinding the thoughts driving your behavior reveals the hidden Enneagram pattern running the show.
* Why your type's survival strategy of waiting until it feels safe before fully living is the trap — and how anchoring to your values instead of your fears is what finally breaks the cycle.

She specializes in attachment, self-sabotage, and behavior change, integrating evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and DBT.
